rr95 Terms and Conditions

3 Deposits

Players must first deposit funds into the server to play at rr95. The terms for deposits are as follows —

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (for all payment methods).
• Available payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
• Deposit confirmation time may vary depending on the payment method; in most cases it is processed quickly.
• Players must deposit only from their own account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only.

4 Withdrawals

The terms for withdrawals are as follows —

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit; requests using a different method are not allowed (we may decide on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances).
• Before requesting a withdrawal, any wagering requirement related to a bonus must be fully completed.
• We may carry out a KYC verification before processing a withdrawal if necessary; this must be completed before the withdrawal can proceed.
• If fraud or illegitimate activity is suspected, we may block the withdrawal and notify the relevant authorities.

5 Welcome Bonus and Bonus Policy

A welcome bonus is available when you make your first deposit at rr95. The terms for this bonus are as follows —

• A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount (Wagering 10x).
• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks.
• The bonus is available once per account only; attempting to claim the bonus through multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited.
• We may change or discontinue any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• If we detect what we consider to be bonus abuse, we may cancel the remaining balance including the bonus.

6 Gameplay Fairness

We are committed to ensuring a fair game for all players. Game results are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, and no player or staff member can control outcomes in advance.

• Players are strictly prohibited from using unfair methods (bots, scripts, cheat software) to play.
• If we detect such activity, winnings obtained through unfair play may be voided and the account may be closed.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final for determining wins and losses; it cannot be changed unless there is a technical issue.
• Collusion or coordinated play between players is prohibited; if detected, even accounts in good standing may be closed.

7 Technical Issues Resolution

If a game is interrupted due to any technical issue (network dropout, server error), we will review the situation and take action appropriate to the circumstances. Depending on the game being played at the time —

• If the game can be continued, the player should contact us and we will arrange for it to proceed.
• For a game where the result cannot be determined, the player's original bet will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rr95 platform —

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through methods that manipulate the stake.
• Threatening, abusing, or communicating aggressively with our staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or data (hacking).

9 VIP Tiered Cashback

In the rr95 VIP program, players can move up tiers based on their betting volume. There are five VIP levels, and the weekly cashback rates available are —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
